Artist Statement
People ask me what I do…I am an artist. I don’t have one medium. I don’t have a “style”. I don’t care for rules or structure. I create in that light. Consequently, I do a lot of things.
If there is a theme, it is this…my pieces tell a story and wake the soul. They may make you laugh or cry, maybe dance. Possibly they’ll touch your anger or bring reverence. What I do as an artist is stir the pot. My responsibility is to give hope, tell the truth and be accurate in the visual. That affects change more than anything else in this world.
