This handcrafted ottoman was created out of 62 wedges of poplar laminated together to form a huge donut that is ten inches thick. The ottoman weighs about 500 lbs. and is upholstered in leather. A bronze band, hammered and tooled, separates the carved wood from the leather top. The band was made of seven pieces joined together behind bronze “belt loops” that allow for any expansion or contraction that may occur in the wood, which is very stable.

The ottoman features 28 boots that are hand carved and painted to create movement and show that “boot scootin’ boogie.” This gorgeous piece would be perfect for a lodge or large rustic living space.
