“The Stipple Artist”
Stipple is a rather slow process. It is done by simple dots. I use a Rapidograph pen and india ink. One dot of ink at a time creates the picture. The closer the dots the darker, the further the dots are apart the lighter. A good example of this is the piece titled “The Seventh”. The white buffalo is created with black dots further apart. The dark buffalo are created with dots much closer or condensed.
